Youngevity, a Chula Vista-based health and nutritional products distributor with 400 products, over 10,000 SKUs, thousands of orders per day and 100,000 customers across six warehouses, needed to replace QuickBooks and an Access inventory database. The company required a centralized, multi-currency solution with APIs to integrate its Genealogy order system, reliable inventory management, and cloud-based access to support rapid global expansion.

Youngevity implemented Acumatica Cloud ERP, integrating accounting, inventory and order processing with its Genealogy System and providing browser-based, multi-currency access across warehouses. The solution automated order processing (handling over 4,500 orders per day), eliminated the need for a full-time data processor, reduced maintenance costs, and enabled international growth into the Philippines and other markets.
