Tan Hiep Phat Beverage Group (THP) is Vietnam’s leading beverage manufacturer, founded in 1994 and known for brands like Dr Thanh. Growing rapidly with more than 4,000 employees, 200+ distributors across 64 cities and provinces and 1,600 mobile salespeople, THP needed real-time visibility into distributor sales and product displays to sustain double-digit growth. Its decentralized Microsoft Dynamics setup produced delayed, potentially inaccurate reports, high per-distributor licensing and server costs, and security concerns.

THP implemented a centralized Acumatica ERP platform with DMSpro’s distribution solution and AiM mobile app, going live across 200+ distributors and 1,600 salespeople in four months.
