The company was struggling with a heavily customized Dynamics SL environment tied to 14 different ERP-related programs that made upgrades slow, prevented use of key modules (like CRM), and impeded field access, manufacturing functionality, and disaster recovery.

IMG chose Acumatica on a perpetual license, implemented by SBS Group, using core suites (Financial, Customer, Distribution, Project Accounting) plus JAMS for manufacturing and SpitFire for project management, with initial on‑premise hosting and planned off‑site hosting later.
