CASE is an international non-profit serving more than 3,600 education institutions with headquarters in Washington, D.C. and offices in London, Singapore and Mexico City. The organization struggled with disjointed financial systems—Dynamics SL at HQ and different QuickBooks versions in regional offices—which made multi-currency consolidation, timely reporting and month-end close slow and error-prone.

CASE implemented Acumatica’s cloud Financial Suite (with unlimited user licensing), replacing multiple regional systems and integrating accounts receivable with a new membership system. The result was unified, 24/7 global access, multi-currency consolidation to a single USD view, elimination of many manual processes (including UK check-writing), clearer reporting access for users and a reduction in monthly close time by at least two weeks, driving stronger productivity and financial transparency.
