FSC Lighting, a Rancho Cucamonga manufacturer of fluorescent and LED lighting with a 30-person facility, relied on decades-old paper processes and an improperly configured Sage DacEasy system that lacked MRP, warehouse management and inventory accountability. As the business grew, tribal knowledge-driven workflows led to stockouts, slow invoicing and an inability to scale.

Working with Klear Systems, FSC implemented Acumatica Financial and Distribution Management plus JAAS (JAMS) and Scanco Warehouse to automate inventory, production and shipping. The cloud solution centralized inventory, enabled location-based picking and mobile approvals, cut invoicing from days to about 20 minutes, improved reporting and multi-entity operations, and helped FSC scale growth without adding equivalent headcount.
