How UTMB Streamlined Medical Student Performance Evaluations with One45 MSPE Builder

UTMB Health’s John Sealy School of Medicine struggled with a manual, paper-heavy Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) process that created a heavy administrative burden and low student response and attestation rates. Working with Acuity Insights, the school looked for a better way to manage draft letters, student review, and feedback collection.

Acuity Insights implemented One45 MSPE Builder, integrated with existing data in One45 and other systems, to automate letter creation, updates, distribution, and student review. The result was a streamlined workflow with far less manual work and human error, and student response and attestation rates rose from 50% to nearly 100%, freeing Student Affairs staff to spend more time on advising, wellness, and Match preparation.
