Actuasys worked with Valmet, a technology and services provider for the energy, pulp and paper industries, to address their need for a complete and integrated system to manage employee attendance and access. Their objectives included integrating with their SAP ERP for payroll, decentralizing HR processes, and increasing autonomy for both employees and managers.

The solution from Actuasys involved implementing their EXPERT system with Attendance and Access modules, turnstiles, and various time-stamping and access control terminals. This was later expanded to a second site. The results were positive, with Valmet reporting a reduction in time spent on HR administrative tasks, allowing the team to focus on development.
