Actuasys provided a solution for Lactogal Produtos, a Portuguese agri-food business with 1,500 employees specializing in dairy products. The customer needed to completely renew its outdated attendance registration equipment and sought a certified solution that was fully integrated with its SAP HCM system. Additional challenges included adopting modern identification technologies, standardizing disparate access control systems for centralized management, and optimizing its identity card management process.

The vendor implemented its INTERFACE solution to integrate attendance events into SAP and its EXPERT solution for Access, installing approximately 40 terminals. A key feature was the integration via custom webservices with Lactogal's own platform to manage access profiles, ensuring compliance and security. This project achieved Lactogal's five major objectives: modernizing equipment, implementing new identification technologies, standardizing control systems, integrating with SAP for greater consistency, and optimizing identity card management.
