DIA Group Portugal, an international food distributor with 4,500 employees, needed reliable time and attendance data across a highly dispersed operation to better evaluate performance and improve HR management. Actuasys was selected to provide an EXPERT solution for Attendance with Self-Service, Mobile-App, and Time Planning, along with access control capabilities.

Actuasys implemented the system starting in 2016 in a phased rollout over three years, installing around 650 RUC20 units across Mini-Preço stores, TUX930 Bio+Mifare devices at headquarters, and about 40 UMV5 and UMV6 units for doors and turnstiles at central buildings and warehouses. The solution enabled trustworthy attendance tracking, shift management, building access control, and visitor reception support, helping automate more HR processes across the company.
