Amorim, a cork production company with 400 employees, was seeking a solution to streamline the functioning of its canteen. To address this, they partnered with vendor Actuasys for its EXPERT solution for canteens.

Actuasys implemented a system using UMV6 RFID terminals and biometric TUX920 time clocks. This allowed employees to register attendance, reserve meals, and record their consumption securely. The solution automated the entire process, providing real-time information to kitchen staff and guaranteeing correct monthly payments to the concessionaire. Implemented in 2017, the Actuasys system provided Amorim with a smoother, more efficient canteen operation.
