Assist Wireless, a nationwide provider of cell phones to low-income individuals through the Life Line program, struggled to keep field staff accountable across many locations and ensure employees were where they needed to be. Actsoft implemented Encore to verify agent locations, give the office visibility into which sites were covered or needed attention, and ensure on‑clock employees—notably in the Oklahoma branch—were spending time distributing phones. The result was increased accountability, simpler user management and integration, and real‑time coverage monitoring that helped Assist Wireless better allocate staff and ensure tasks were completed.
