Maintain Your Standard of Excellence

Regenersis Huntingdon, part of Regenersis PLC and a provider of technology life cycle services for clients such as Sony, Dell and Microsoft, needed a way to ensure employee productivity and consistently enforce its internal internet policy. After trialing free and open-source options, Regenersis Huntingdon chose ActivTrak’s employee monitoring and analytics service to block harmful sites, identify serious internet abusers, support productivity monitoring and assist HR investigations.

ActivTrak was deployed as a cloud-based analytics platform with terminal agents—Regenersis Huntingdon now runs 20 ActivTrak agents rotated monthly among ~90 employees—and was described as plug-and-play (2–3 minutes per machine to install, about one hour to block unnecessary sites). ActivTrak provides site and desktop app usage charts, screenshots and productivity statistics, enabling clear enforcement of the fair-use policy, more thorough HR investigations and faster, consistent oversight across the organization.
