Softline Enables Own Multi-National Cloud Business with ActivePlatform Provisioning and Billing Automation Platform

Softline, a large international IT solutions provider operating in 50 countries, wanted to build a scalable multi-cloud brokerage business for more than 60,000 enterprise and SMB clients across emerging markets. To support this growth, Softline worked with ActivePlatform to create a cloud service marketplace and automation platform for provisioning, billing, account management, and integration across public, private, and hybrid cloud offerings.

ActivePlatform implemented its provisioning and billing automation platform, integrated it with Microsoft channels, 1C, and NetSuite, and helped redesign Softline’s internal workflows, train teams, and migrate customers to the new marketplace. The results included faster access to services and trials, reduced back-office workload through self-service subscriptions and payments, and a standardized, scalable subscription business that reached about 3,000 customers and over $1 million in monthly recurring revenue within the platform.
