Buurtslagers is a large independent Belgian butchery chain with 91 shops that needed to streamline the distribution of pricing, payroll and other critical documents between stores, distribution centers and supermarkets. Their existing print-based process used high bandwidth, required nightly batches, was sometimes inaccurate, and could not reliably handle modified RTF files with custom extensions.
