The solution enabled staff to quickly generate accurate, context-sensitive documents through the ActiveDocs Document Wizard, with data pre-loaded from the CRM. Furthermore, ActiveDocs Designer replaced the old template management process with a business-friendly system. The vendor ActiveDocs provided a seamless, integrated process that improved efficiency and responsiveness across both document generation and template maintenance.
