An innovative bank in the southern hemisphere faced a significant challenge with the timely and accurate generation of multiple document types for loans and complex transactions, as its information was locked across up to five separate systems. The bank partnered with ActiveDocs to implement the ActiveDocs Composition Server platform to address this without altering its existing core applications.

The solution involved implementing a scaled-out ActiveDocs server environment operating in Automated Mode, which other applications could access via web services to generate documents. Using ActiveDocs Designer, a business team created and maintained templates without IT support. ActiveDocs provided a common document generation platform, which improved turn-around times and reduced the resources required to produce complex documents.
