Leading Insurance Broker is the largest public sector insurance broker in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, managing 440,000 policies across multiple jurisdictions with frequent language, branding and regulatory variations. Their manual document-creation process was slow, error-prone and difficult to maintain, causing branding issues, complaints and customer loss; they engaged ActiveDocs to provide an end-to-end document automation solution.

ActiveDocs delivered a successful proof-of-concept and implemented its document automation software, importing the broker’s existing Microsoft Word templates with 100% fidelity and integrating with the firm’s IBM AS/400, SharePoint and AutoMail via a REST API and workflows.
