ActiveDocs supports efficient, responsive document generation processes and template maintenance at QBCC

The Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) needed to improve the efficiency and responsiveness of generating letters and other documents for consumers and contractors, and to simplify the creation and maintenance of templates. To address this, QBCC implemented ActiveDocs, using its document composition capabilities and ActiveDocs Designer integrated into the QBCC CRM and SalesForce environment.

ActiveDocs was integrated into QBCC’s CRM to present context‑sensitive Templates via the ActiveDocs Document Wizard (with SalesForce connector), enable pause/resume of in‑progress documents, and provide Document Actions for printing, emailing, or submitting files to QBCC’s Meridio DMS. ActiveDocs Designer and Content Manager migrated embedded MS Word assets into a business‑friendly template management workflow, replacing IT‑intensive processes and delivering more efficient, accurate document generation and faster turnaround for QBCC.
