healthAlliance, a shared-services joint venture serving more than 27,000 healthcare employees across 200 locations in New Zealand, needed a way to produce employer- and situation-specific HR documents using data already held in Oracle Taleo Cloud Service. The scale and variety of employers required a solution that could automatically select the correct document types and pull accurate Taleo data to avoid manual entry and errors. ActiveDocs was chosen to provide that integrated document automation capability.

ActiveDocs implemented a User‑Driven Document Wizard with ActiveDocs Data Views, Dynamic Filtering and Workflow integrated with Taleo, so users enter only a candidate or position reference and the system dynamically builds, validates, routes and stores the correct documents. As a result, ActiveDocs automatically selects the right templates, minimizes manual data entry, reduces time, effort and document inaccuracy, and routes finalized documents to contextually determined storage locations—improving HR efficiency and accuracy across healthAlliance’s operations.
