To support a brand-new core insurance platform and deliver a full suite of complex, quote-to-claim documents—many exceeding 100 pages—Major Insurance Group selected ActiveDocs and its ActiveDocs Opus document generation solution.
ActiveDocs integrated Opus into the core system to automate document production via web services and centrally managed permissions, using features such as Automated Document Production, Opus Designer, the Rules Engine, and Repeating Item Groups. The ActiveDocs solution produced consistently formatted, rules-compliant proposals, policies, certificates and claims with minimal user interaction, enabled template maintenance without IT, cut RFP response time, and allowed Major Insurance Group to launch products into the mid-market within six months.
