Farm Credit Services of America (FCSAmerica), an Omaha-based agricultural lender, faced a bottleneck in producing hundreds of thousands of regulated compliance documents quickly and cost‑effectively. The manual, Word-template–based process was slow, error-prone and resource intensive, so FCSAmerica selected ActiveDocs document automation software to deliver the speed, volume and flexibility needed for regulatory compliance.

FCSAmerica integrated ActiveDocs with its AgDirect Loan and Lease Origination System via a .NET Web services interface so documents are auto-generated from live system data at key workflow points. ActiveDocs now produces roughly 200–300 loan notification letters daily (50,000–300,000 per year), eliminated manual document production, reduced error risk, lowered costs and freed four staff to higher‑value tasks, with plans to expand automation to complete loan packages.
