ABLV Bank faced inconsistent, expensive and time‑consuming document generation across multiple front‑ and back‑office systems, and a recent rebranding exposed gaps in document standards. To address this, ABLV Bank selected ActiveDocs document automation software to provide consistent, compliant document generation across its estate.

ActiveDocs was integrated with ABLV Bank’s systems (including core banking Temenos T24) via web services and a central Template Management repository so business users can maintain role‑based templates. The ActiveDocs solution delivers documents as PDFs to printers, email or the bank’s Document Management System; a core set of 40 ActiveDocs templates (plus ~20 additional templates) now covers client and print/sign needs, ensuring all customer documents meet standards while reducing IT involvement and centralizing template control.
