Large USA Financial Organization, a rural‑sector financial services firm, needed to replace an aging Microsoft InfoPath–based document generation system as InfoPath support was phased out. They required a modern, centrally managed document automation solution with easy template editing, content reuse, and reliable integrations with nCino and Salesforce — requirements that led them to evaluate and select ActiveDocs document automation software.
