ActiveDEMAND built a solution using custom contact fields and automated workflows that capture key attribution dimensions (source, medium, campaign) when a call is flagged, record the data on the contact timeline, and post it to Google Analytics. As a result, RocketTech can now link offline phone calls to full engagement histories, eliminate manual entry, and see channel-level attribution for previously unmonitored phone sales—delivering clearer insights for marketing and sales.
