Using ActiveCollab, aparticula automated invoice generation and project creation via ActiveCollab’s API (driven by a custom Symfony interface), and routed notifications into Slack to keep inboxes notification‑free. ActiveCollab eliminated manual invoice design, streamlined project setup, enabled real‑time monitoring (including a 3‑step bug‑fix workflow), and freed the team to focus on clients and development while reducing email overload.
