Juan Yacht Design, a Valencia-based studio founded in 1997 that specializes in designing high-performance racing yachts using an iterative Design Spiral process, needed a way to coordinate frequent revisions and validations across a dispersed, international team while keeping customer specifications and time tracking under control. To meet that challenge they adopted ActiveCollab as their project management and time-tracking tool.

ActiveCollab gives Juan Yacht Design a global view of project activity, consolidates information exchanges, and tracks work time on each project, enabling the Marketing and Sales Manager to manage three separate company projects and nearly 120 people from the office or on business trips. By using ActiveCollab, the team improved coordination and efficiency across international contributors while maintaining clear oversight of customer requirements and project progress.
