Sammamish Rowing Association, a nonprofit based in Redmond, WA, is one of the largest rowing programs in the Pacific Northwest, serving youths and adults with roughly 200 teens, 100 adult rowers and more than 2,000 annual registrations. Volunteer registrar Hanna Floss found the prior system—manual Excel tracking, cut-and-paste data entry and slow collections—was inefficient and error-prone, so the club needed a streamlined back-office and registration solution.
