A Active Sports Case Study
Ballistic United Soccer Club, a 40-year-old youth soccer organization in Pleasanton, CA serving more than 1,600 players, was hampered by a manual registration process: parents often had to register in person and staff retyped handwritten forms into the database. An interim online system still required back-end re-entry, so the club needed a fully integrated, easy-to-use registration solution.
BUSC implemented ClubReg, the online registration module integrated with Active Network’s LeagueOne, allowing parents to submit and update their own information directly. The adoption led to nearly 100% of registrations being processed online, eliminated time-consuming data entry, improved accuracy and convenience, and drew strong positive feedback from families while greatly reducing staff workload.
