WYSA Selects LeagueOne Registration Software to Improve Organization, Efficiency, and Meet US Youth Soccer Requirements

The Wisconsin Youth Soccer Association (WYSA), a statewide organization with more than 130 member clubs and nearly 52,000 players, needed a better way to manage a fragmented, paper-based self-reporting registration process. With no centralized database and difficulty meeting US Youth Soccer requirements, WYSA turned to ACTIVE Network for a comprehensive registration and scheduling solution.

ACTIVE Network implemented LeagueOne registration software, and WYSA trained clubs across the state before launching it for the 2009–2010 season. The new system created a centralized player database, improved organization and efficiency, enabled real-time registration data, and helped process registrations more quickly. WYSA reported that every player is now accounted for, clubs have complete player histories, and the association can better target communications based on demographic data.
