Upper Makefield Basketball Scores Major Efficiencies and Improved Effectiveness with Convenient Online Registration System

Upper Makefield Basketball, a nonprofit youth basketball organization in Pennsylvania, struggled with a labor-intensive paper registration process that required open registration events, phone calls, and more than 70 staff hours just to collect and re-enter forms. The manual workflow created major delays, data-entry headaches, and reconciliation issues for volunteers.

Upper Makefield Basketball implemented ACTIVE Network’s Registration Center to move registration online. With ACTIVE Network, more than 90% of registrations were processed online within three years, leaving only about 20 walk-ins out of 600+ registrations and dramatically reducing check handling and manual reconciliation.
