A ACTIVE Network Case Study
The Pat Griskus Triathlon Series, an annual charity athletic event, faced a significant challenge with its manual, paper-based registration process. This method was extremely time-consuming, inefficient, and posed security risks for participants' data. To resolve this, race director Tom Wilkas turned to the vendor ACTIVE Network and implemented their automated triathlon management software.
By using ACTIVE's software, the event moved all registration online, which resulted in tremendous time savings and increased efficiency for the organizers. The solution provided robust reporting, email tools, and enhanced data security. This allowed the race director to focus on critical safety preparations instead of administrative paperwork. ACTIVE Network's platform helped streamline the entire process, fundamentally improving how the event is managed.
