Save 5 Minutes Per Participant With Mobile Registration

Iron Girl, a series of women's endurance events, sought a more efficient way to handle race day registrations to improve the participant experience and reduce administrative burdens for its staff and volunteers. To address this, they partnered with vendor ACTIVE Network to implement its ACTIVE On-Site mobile application.

The solution from ACTIVE Network allowed volunteers to process registrations using mobile devices, swiping driver's licenses and credit cards to auto-fill data. This mobile system synced directly with ACTIVE Works, eliminating manual data entry. The results were significant, saving an estimated five minutes per registration and reducing the process from over five minutes to just one or two. This efficiency allowed registration to stay open longer, captured more participants, and improved data accuracy.
