Rising to the challenge British Columbia Summer Swimming Association (BCSSA) sees major time savings with ACTIVE Swim Manager

BC Summer Swimming Association (BCSSA), a large multi-aquatic organization in British Columbia with 60+ clubs and 5,000+ athletes, needed a better way to handle registrations, roster building, and waiver/form collection across divisions with unusual age-group structures. Many swim software providers could not adapt to BCSSA’s requirements, creating major administrative strain for regional registrars.

ACTIVE Network implemented ACTIVE Swim Manager and worked closely with BCSSA to customize the system to fit its process. The result was a dramatic reduction in manual work: roster verification time dropped from 30–40 hours per registration period to about 1.5 hours, saving thousands of hours a year and helping BCSSA grow with far less administrative burden.
