Pro Ambitions Hockey, founded by former NHL player Jeff Serowik, runs large youth hockey camps across North America for players ages 6 to 18. As the program grew to 5,000 campers at 300 camps in more than 130 ice rinks each year, the organization was limited by an old custom system that lacked the functionality it needed for managing operations, communications, and camp administration. ACTIVE Network implemented Camp & Class Manager to improve email communication, contact filtering, and reporting for rosters, payments, transaction history, and financial performance. The result was a major operational upgrade, with Pro Ambitions Hockey reporting “night and day improvements” and saying they could not run such a large organization without ACTIVE.
