A ACTIVE Network Case Study
The Town of Saugeen Shores in Ontario, Canada needed a modern, web-based registration and facility booking solution to replace the aging Class system and make activity sign-up easier for residents, staff, and satellite offices. The town wanted to improve accessibility, reduce long lines and manual processing at leisure fairs, and increase participation and revenue with help from ACTIVE Network.
ACTIVE Network implemented ACTIVE Net and supported the town through training and a smooth transition. The results were strong: first-day enrollments increased 30%, 67% of registrations were completed online by the spring session, and staff effort at leisure fairs dropped by 85%. The new system also improved communication with members and freed staff to focus more on program development and marketing.
