The City of Windsor, a municipal government entity, was initially apprehensive about changing its established systems and processes but recognized the need to adapt in order to grow. They partnered with ACTIVE Network to trial ACTIVENet Connect, seeking to improve operations at their camps and pools.

ACTIVE Network's ACTIVENet Connect provided a solution that became critically valuable during the COVID-19 pandemic. It enabled the city to set up designated unloading stations, temperature checks, and assigned cohorts for safety. The software allowed for contactless sign-in via iPads and provided crucial contact tracing capabilities. As a result, Windsor was able to successfully and safely operate its programs, with staff stating they would not have been as successful without the tool provided by ACTIVE Network.
