A ACTIVE Network Case Study
Bay County PONY League, a fast-growing Michigan youth baseball league, needed a faster, more organized way to handle player signups, payments, communication, and volunteer management. Before ACTIVE Network, registration was done in person over two Saturdays, payments were delayed, and managers carried the burden of collecting fees and contact information.
ACTIVE Network implemented online player registration, instant payment processing, custom team websites, email communication tools, roster exports, and volunteer/contact management. The league reported that about 90–91% of registrations moved online, late registrations dropped from around 30 to just 2 players, and registration time was cut by half, saving roughly 18 hours total and revealing 55 more players than expected.
