Sedona Arts Center, which serves about 700 students a year, needed a better way to manage growing class schedules, online registration, fundraising, and reporting as attendance expanded. The results included 70–80% of workshop and out-of-town registrations and 65% of local registrations moving online, $2,500–3,000 in annual mailing savings, reduced staff time, and improved administrative efficiency through real-time financial and activity reporting.
