A ACTIVE Network Case Study
The City of El Paso, Texas, through its Parks and Recreation Department, needed to move beyond manual, paper-based registration and cash/check payments that consumed staff time, limited service, and created liability risk. With ACTIVE Network’s hosted, web-based ACTIVE Net recreation management solution, the department also wanted better reporting, online access, and a more convenient way to serve nearly 700,000 residents.
ACTIVE Network implemented ACTIVE Net with modules for public access, point-of-sale, memberships, league scheduling, facility reservation, and activity registration. The solution streamlined online registration, automated payment processing, and centralized data, helping the department improve customer service, expand programs, and increase participation and revenue. ACTIVE Network also eliminated the need for El Paso to invest in servers and IT hardware, with costs handled on a pay-as-you-go basis.
