Iron Girl, a national women's athletic event series, wanted to improve its race day registration process to be more efficient and enhance the participant experience. They partnered with the vendor ACTIVE Endurance to implement their ACTIVE On-Site mobile application.

The solution from ACTIVE Endurance allowed volunteers to process registrations using mobile devices, which synced directly with their system to eliminate manual data entry. This resulted in a significant time savings, reducing registration time from five minutes to just one or two minutes per person. ACTIVE Endurance's On-Site product also enabled the client to keep registration open longer, leading to increased participation and more positive feedback from attendees.
