The 7 Sunshine Coast Marathon, managed by Atlas Multisports, faced the challenge of turning their event into a 'must-do' on the running calendar to ensure participant retention and year-over-year growth. This strategy yielded measurable results, with the event attracting 1,000 new participants annually and a significant increase in registrations from New Zealand.
