Los Monitos Language Center, founded in 2002 in Louisville, Kentucky, offers experiential language instruction and cultural programming in over 10 languages and has grown rapidly. As registration and payments were handled via a static website and PayPal—with manual HTML updates and spreadsheet data entry—the center needed a scalable, automated system to support expansion.
