A ActionIQ Case Study
Autodesk, while migrating from a perpetual license to a subscription business model, needed to build stronger, more personalized relationships with a much broader customer base but faced fragmented customer data and one-size-fits-all post-purchase campaigns. To solve this, Autodesk selected ActionIQ’s customer data platform (CDP) to unify siloed data, give marketers a single customer view, and support more effective adoption and retention strategies.
ActionIQ implemented a centralized CDP with identity resolution, a marketer-friendly UI, prebuilt connectors, segmentation, and cross-channel orchestration so Autodesk could build, test and iterate personalized journeys. As a result, Autodesk achieved granular personalization down to individual customers, improved segmentation and cross-channel journey building, increased user adoption, and gained clearer KPI measurement and the agility to pivot campaigns quickly — all enabled by ActionIQ.
