ThreatAware, a London-based technology company, provides an agentless cybersecurity intelligence platform that gives IT teams a single pane of glass for managing security tools. Its customers were already using Action1 for endpoint management, and they wanted ThreatAware to integrate that capability into its platform so they could see patching and endpoint data alongside other security intelligence.

Using Action1’s RESTful API, ThreatAware integrated Action1’s endpoint management and remote support capabilities into its platform. The result was a richer endpoint management offering that let customers view managed endpoints, patch status, missing updates, inventory, and logged-in users directly in ThreatAware, then drill down to remediate issues from the Action1 view. The integration helped customers save time, strengthen security, improve business continuity, and simplify patch discovery and remediation across their environments.
