Health Access for All Saves One Day Per Week on Software Deployment with Action1 RMM

Angeles Community Health Center, a California nonprofit healthcare provider serving about 150 staff across four Los Angeles locations, needed a better way to deploy software and updates to all endpoints. Its IT Director, Mike Straffin, found manual methods like Group Policy ineffective, and an urgent request to roll out WebEx to every machine highlighted the need for a faster solution. The organization turned to Action1 for software deployment and endpoint management.

With Action1, Mike was able to automate software deployment, patch management, reporting, and remote endpoint support from a single interface. Action1 eliminated the need to visit each device individually, saving 10–15 minutes per machine and about one day per week overall, while also improving patch timeliness, visibility, and the ability to remove unused applications remotely.
