Action1 RMM Enables AllCode to Improve the Security and Efficiency of Its Remote Operations

AllCode, a San Francisco–based software engineering firm managing 200+ endpoints across offices in Latin America, Asia and Europe, faced major IT challenges when the COVID-19 shift to remote work left devices unmanageable unless on the corporate VPN. This gap increased the risk of missed updates, hindered software deployment and service, and limited visibility into corporate assets, so AllCode sought a cloud-based remote monitoring and management (RMM) solution and selected Action1’s Action1 RMM.

Action1 implemented a centralized RMM that lets AllCode deploy Windows and third‑party updates, install/uninstall software, schedule tasks by local time zones, analyze IT assets and provide integrated Remote Desktop support from one console. With Action1, AllCode gained control over patching and inventory across all endpoints, ensured critical updates install reliably, improved operational efficiency, reduced time spent on routine tasks and lowered support costs through remote remediation and role‑based access.
