Morgan Sindall Upskills their Procurement Team Through Supply Chain Improvement Programme

Morgan Sindall Group sought to refresh their team's knowledge of procurement and supply chain management. To achieve this, they engaged Action Sustainability to deliver a series of workshops aimed at upskilling their own procurement managers and directors, as well as engaging their value chain, including clients and a key tier 1 contractor.

Action Sustainability implemented a Procurement Learning Journey, which began with a self-assessment for participants across 14 key skill areas. The vendor then delivered a suite of workshops on selected topics, including Supplier Relationship Management and Collaboration in Procurement. The programme successfully provided a comprehensive reminder of best practices, benefiting the entire Morgan Sindall procurement team and their supply chain partners.
