Houses of Commons Enhances Reporting & Monitoring of Performance Using Tailored Measurement Solution

The Houses of Commons, part of the UK Parliament, needed to effectively monitor social, economic, and environmental performance data across the complex, high-profile refurbishment of its Northern Estate buildings. They partnered with Action Sustainability to implement their tailored Sustainability Tool to manage this challenge and bring together data from multiple organizations involved in the project.

Action Sustainability's solution provided a central platform for data collection, reporting, and monitoring, which enabled the Northern Estate Programme team to effectively track sustainability performance. The results included the ability to identify supply chain risks and opportunities for collaborative initiatives and, significantly, to monetize the social value generated by the project to better estimate its overall impact on people and communities.
