Amtico Advances Sustainability Strategy with Comprehensive Roadmap

Amtico, a designer and manufacturer of luxury vinyl tiles, engaged vendor Action Sustainability to support the development of a comprehensive sustainability roadmap. Their challenge was to create a clear strategic vision with specific targets and KPIs for their four-pillar sustainability strategy, which focuses on fighting climate change, reducing waste, empowering people, and championing innovation.

Action Sustainability addressed this by first conducting a benchmarking review and then facilitating workshops for each strategic pillar. This process resulted in a finalized roadmap with short and long-term targets, an implementation plan, a sustainability policy, and a carbon reduction statement. The outcome provided Amtico with a strategic direction to improve its sustainability performance, enabling them to demonstrate their serious commitment to clients and their supply chain. Following this project, Amtico continued its relationship with Action Sustainability to further its sustainable procurement maturity.
