VP Bank Group, an international private bank headquartered in Liechtenstein, sought to replace its in‑house client management system to improve advisory quality for private and business clients and intermediaries while connecting to a new core banking system. The bank selected ACTICO’s client management software—deployed as myClient—to satisfy requirements such as multi‑client capability, autonomous local data storage, individual authorizations and workflow support.
ACTICO implemented myClient and integrated it with the new Avaloq core banking system across VP Bank Group’s international sites, delivering the rollout on schedule within 12 months. The solution introduced process‑oriented workflows, daily work lists, one‑click meeting preparation, feedback and escalation management and stronger compliance controls, leading to high user acceptance among relationship managers, administrators and senior management and faster, more consistent client counseling and feedback handling.
